The Quality Policy of POSEIDONEIO with regard to carrying out biological, cytological, and radiological diagnostic tests aims to outline how we consistently meet customer requirements, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

In particular, we aim to align with our customers' requirements, contractual obligations, legal and regulatory requirements, and the quality objectives we set.

Our primary concern is the creation of infrastructure, concerning both employed personnel and the equipment used, to provide high-quality services at controlled costs. The specific quality objectives of POSEIDONEIO are as follows:

  • Increasing customer satisfaction by improving the services provided, including a mechanism for monitoring complaints and issues that arise.
  • More efficient organization of POSEIDONEIO.
  • Encouraging employees to actively and creatively participate in continuous quality improvement and their personal development (through appropriate training), which fosters a better work environment.
  • Optimizing methods and equipment to meet the growing demands of clients and to keep POSEIDONEIO at the forefront of medical advancements.

In order to achieve these goals, POSEIDONEIO has implemented, applied, and continuously improved a Quality Management System (QMS) which complies with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, applicable regulatory and legislative provisions, as well as any other relevant specifications concerning its operations.

The essence of the Quality Management System is the awareness among all employees and collaborators that Quality results from a series of processes which we consciously or unconsciously follow. Quality, improvement, and prevention are concepts that require awareness and systematic control at every stage of our processes, both individually and as a whole. The method we use to control these processes requires:

  • Clear definition of responsibilities and duties for each process and job position.
  • Written documentation of how tasks are carried out when required or deemed necessary.
  • Analysis and monitoring (through indicators) of POSEIDONEIO's processes.
  • Maintenance of written records which prove the quality of our services and the operations of the QMS.
  • Mechanisms for setting quality goals and evaluating their achievement during Management Review.
  • A process to learn from mistakes, systematically ensuring they do not recur (Corrective Actions) and continuously improving our operations, along with creating frameworks for prevention where feasible.
