HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR TESTS RESULTS

How to receive your test results 

We would like to inform you that, according to our center's Personal Data Protection Policy with regard to receiving the test results, the following applies:

ADULTS

Before the test:

To register or verify the details of an adult in our system for examinations or blood tests purposes, a valid identification document is required, such as a health booklet, ID card, passport, etc.

For receiving results:

  • Results can only be received through the following methods:
    In person by the patient , with the presentation of an identification document such as an ID card, passport, or health booklet.
    By email or fax, to a number provided by the patient in person, after completing the appropriate consent form at our reception.
  • By a representative of the patient with an authorization form, signed in the presence of our reception staff, or by submitting an authorization form with a certified signature from an official authority  . In both cases, the representative must present their own identification document, such as an ID card, passport, or health booklet.

MINORS

Before the test:

In cases where the patient is under 18 years of age, the accompanying adult must provide the full details of the minor, including the names of the parents or guardians, and submit the required documents along with a completed consent form at our reception. The identification of the minor can be facilitated by the health booklet, a family certificate, or other similar official document.

For receiving results:

  • In person by the parent or guardian, with the presentation of identification, such as a health booklet, ID card, or passport.
  • By email or fax to a number provided by the parent or guardian, after completing the relevant consent form  at our reception
  • By a third party representative of the parent or guardian, with an authorisation form signed in the presence of our reception staff, or by submitting an authorization form with a  certified signature from an official authority  . In both cases, the representative must present their  own identification document, such as an ID card, passport, or health booklet.
