Prefer to stay in places with shade, always wear sunscreen, do not expose yourself unnecessarily to sunlight (midday), stay hydrated, wear light clothing and a hat.

Particular attention should be paid to young children and the elderly as overexposure to the sun can have unpleasant effects such as heat stroke, burns, dehydration.

In addition to plenty of water, you can drink cool drinks such as juices with water-rich fruit and vegetables (melon, grape, pineapple).

Reduce your consumption of caffeinated drinks as some can act as diuretics and cause you to lose more fluids than you consume.

 Finally, limit the consumption of alcoholic beverages such as beer because they often increase body temperature and overstimulate the sweat glands.
